Our five-person sauna runs in 45-minute sessions, starting on the hour.

Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays: 9am – 1pm

Private Hire

FRIDAY 2.30pm – 3.30pm (£100)

A private, hosted one-hour sauna experience designed for both comfort and connection.

Up to 6 guests enjoy the sauna at a time, while larger groups (up to 12) can gather, unwind, and gently rotate through the space- creating a shared, unhurried rhythm of heat, rest, and conversation.
